Voltra provides a dealer intelligence platform for automotive dealerships, including sales analytics, inventory intelligence, F&I performance tracking, and AI-powered insights. Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content, features, and functionality of the Voltra platform are owned by Voltra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.
Your use of Voltra is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Dealership data uploaded to the platform remains the property of the dealership. We process this data solely to provide our services.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
