All content, features, and functionality of the Voltra platform are owned by Backend Genie LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

Your use of Voltra is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Dealership data uploaded to the platform remains the property of the dealership. We process this data solely to provide our services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backend Genie LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
